About
The Multimax™ series is our most versatile machine range. The obvious choice for a large foam producer with a very wide range of products and the highest demand for throughput. With the Maxfoam system as the most cost-efficient foaming method for comfort foams and direct Liquid Lay-Down for other special foam applications, the machine is prepared to meet all requirements of the flexible polyurethane foam market.
The unique feature of the Multimax range is the possibility to utilize both the Maxfoam system and the Liquid Lay-Down system fully. The advanced wet-part of the machine consisting of the 3-stepmixing system and flexible lay-down systems, can be set up in either Maxfoam or direct Liquid Lay-Down mode.
For comfort foams the Multimax™ platform is set up in Maxfoam mode and foaming is in trough. This gives the most cost-efficient production of foam together with class leading density and hardness distribution in the foam block. A must to be competitive in a price sensitive comfort foam market.
For more technical foams the Multimax™ platform is set up for direct Liquid Lay-Down by raising the platform and transforming it into a pourplate and moving the final mixer down into position. The pouring of freshly mixed chemicals directly onto the pourplate ensures premium quality foam for demanding technical products.
All models in the Multimax™ range are based on a modular design. This ensures flexibility and a machine that can benefit from a wide range of available options. It enables you to start with a low initial investment and rest assured that the machine can be upgraded and continue to grow together with your business, throughout the lifetime of the machine.

Two foaming systems in one machine!
Based on the robust Maxfoam principle, trough and fallplate, the machine is easy to master and will quickly be turning valuable raw materials into premium polyurethane foam. The 3-step mixing system of the Multimax™ includes the silicone mixer, which is standard for the Multimax™-series, combined with a floor pre-mixer and a hanging final mixer. The Pintomax™ system will work together with the Maxfoam system and further increase foam yield by optimizing the squareness of the foam block.
With the unique Multimax™ technology the machine is also prepared for technical foam types or foaming with high reactivity formulations.
The design and footprint of the Multimax™ makes it easy to design well working factory layouts for high throughput setups. Additive tanks can be positioned either on the left or right side of the foaming tunnel, and with its six section fallplate and 22-meter-long foaming tunnel, it can produce a wide range of products.
Multimax™ Pro

Top of the Multimax range!
Based on the standard Multimax™, the Multimax™ Pro is further optimized for maximum productivity. With our longest available foaming tunnel with conveyorized sidewalls, 3-step mixing system, high pressure TDI and very high output pumps as standard, this machine can be tailor made and prepared for producing the widest range of foam products.
The design and footprint of the Multimax™ Pro makes it easy to design well working factory layouts for high throughput setups. Additive tanks can be positioned either on the left or right side of the foaming tunnel, and with its six section fallplate and 26-meter-long foaming tunnel, it can produce a wide range of products.
